Boia che Panino

The Agricoccinella Food Truck

In the heart of the Agricoccinella farm, among centuries-old olive trees and the scents of the countryside, lies a corner dedicated to flavour: Boia che Panino.

Our food truck is an open-air farm kitchen where the simplicity of the Maremma Tuscany meets the quality of our organic products grown in-house.

The street food of our land

Boia che Panino is our idea of Tuscan street food: genuine ingredients, freshly prepared dishes and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature.

Everything begins with Agricoccinella’s raw materials — Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, vegetables from our garden, artisan preserves and organic wines — which become sandwiches, platters, salads and fried specialties with authentic flavour.

A truly Tuscan name

“Boia dé!” is a typical expression from the Livorno coast, used to express surprise and amazement.

From this comes the name of our food truck: Boia che Panino — an invitation to discover how good a sandwich can be when made with honest ingredients and real passion.

Bread, vegetables and creativity

Bread is the main character: we make it using ancient grain flours such as Senatore Cappelli, for great fragrance and authentic flavour.

Vegetables come from our fields, preserves are made in our farm workshop, and the meat is sourced from selected local small-scale farms.

Gourmet sandwiches, Tuscan cured meat and cheese boards, farm-fresh fried vegetables and homemade desserts tell our idea of agricultural cuisine every day.

  • Sandwiches and platters made with zero-km ingredients
  • Fresh salads and seasonal dishes
  • Fried vegetables and crispy garden produce
  • Cakes and tarts made with our own jams

A fixed food truck immersed in greenery

Boia che Panino does not travel around Tuscany: it is located permanently inside the Agricoccinella farm, in Riotorto, between Follonica and Torre Mozza.

It is an open-air eatery for everyone — perfect after a walk, a farm visit, or a day in the camper area. The kitchen is outdoors, the atmosphere informal, and every dish is prepared fresh to order.

From breakfast to dinner

The food truck is open from morning to evening: breakfasts with homemade cakes and farm jams, lunches with sandwiches and platters, and dinners under the olive trees, surrounded by the scents of the Tuscan countryside.

During the warm season, Boia che Panino also hosts theme nights and food events for a relaxed and convivial experience in the countryside.
