Our Chef creates a different menu each day, following the natural seasonality of the produce and the availability of fresh ingredients. An authentic dining experience combining Tuscan tradition, our Southern Italian roots and the flavours of our land.
Availability
The half-board service is available during the following periods:
- 2026 season: until 30 September 2026
- 2027 season: from 30 April to 30 September 2027
Adults and children aged 12 and over
€35 per person
The half-board option includes:
- 3 courses from the Half-Board Menu
- Cover charge
- Mineral water
Children aged 3 to 11
€25 per child
The half-board option includes:
- 2 courses of your choice from the Half-Board Menu or Children’s Menu
- Cover charge
- Mineral water
Children under 3 years of age
€15 per child
The half-board option includes:
- 1 course of your choice from the Half-Board Menu or Children’s Menu
- Cover charge
- Mineral water
Useful information
Dessert and additional drinks, including wine, digestifs and coffee, are not included in the prices.
The menu is selected by our Chef and may change every evening according to the season and the availability of fresh ingredients.
