Traditional ricotta and cavolo nero raviolo with pink prawns from Castiglione della Pescaia and their concentrated bisque

Main course
Tyrrhenian catch of the day on roasted pumpkin purée and cacciucco sauce

Gratinated artichokes with herbs from our garden

Pavlova with tonka bean cream, strawberries, chantilly and berry sauce
