The authentic taste of the Maremma
Every Agricoccinella product is born from our land, cultivated with respect and passion in the Tuscan Maremma.
Across 18 hectares of fields, among olive groves, vineyards and organic vegetable gardens, we produce Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, organic wines, artisan preserves and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Everything we bring to the table comes from a short agricultural supply chain and a daily commitment that blends tradition with innovation.
Organic Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is the symbol of the farm.
From more than 2,500 olive trees — including 500 centuries-old specimens — we obtain an oil with an intense aroma and a balanced flavour, perfect for any dish.
We grow traditional Tuscan varieties such as Frantoio, Leccio, Leccio del Corno and Moraiolo.
Harvesting is done by hand and milling takes place within 4 hours using only cold extraction to preserve all aromas and organoleptic properties.
Since 2024, the farm is certified organic under the Tuscan regional guidelines.

Artisan Preserves & Seasonal Vegetables
In our agricultural workshop, we produce artisan Tuscan preserves using vegetables harvested directly from our fields.
Our recipes follow the rhythms of nature and family tradition: pickled vegetables, caponatas, vegetable spreads, jams and fruit preserves, all prepared with natural ingredients and without additives.
Each jar captures the authentic flavours of the Maremma countryside.
We use only our own fresh vegetables — aubergines, courgettes, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes — and aromatic herbs like rosemary, thyme and basil.
The Flavours of the Garden: Zero-km Fruit and Vegetables
Our zero-kilometre fruit and vegetables grow on 4 hectares of fertile land, cultivated without greenhouses and in full respect of natural seasonal cycles.
In winter we harvest fennel, cabbages and legumes;
in spring broad beans, peas and artichokes;
in summer the fields fill with tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and chillies.
For us, seasonality is a true guarantee of quality.
Our Organic Wines
The Agricoccinella organic wine selection is made from carefully selected grapes.
We produce reds from Merlot and Sangiovese, vinified separately and blended to achieve elegant, harmonious results.
Our Rosé, obtained from early-harvested Sangiovese, offers freshness with notes of strawberry and rose.
The Vermentino completes the collection with Mediterranean character, fragrance and minerality.
Every bottle tells the story of the Maremma.

Our products are available at our farm shop in Loc. Scopicci, Riotorto, where you can taste olive oil, wine and preserves directly from the producer.
You can also receive them at home through our online shop.
