Every dish is prepared with organic ingredients grown on our farm — extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, wine, and artisan preserves — together with carefully selected local products.

The home food truck
In the heart of the farm, beneath the olive trees, you’ll find our food truck: Boia che Panino.
An open-air country kitchen offering gourmet sandwiches, boards, garden-fresh fried snacks and homemade desserts.
Everything is prepared with zero-kilometre ingredients, grown or processed on the farm.
It’s the perfect place for an informal break, a sunset aperitif or a summer evening with friends.
The Farm
Across 18 hectares cultivated using organic methods, Agricoccinella produces 100% Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, organic wines, seasonal vegetables and artisan preserves.
Each product is born from respect for the land and the desire to share the goodness of what is natural.
